Sync your schedule to Google or Apple Calendar

Subscribe your phone or computer calendar to your Weavana schedule — classes, and any change you make, keep syncing, with private-session contact details on each event.

From the Schedule page tap Subscribe, or open Profile → Calendar sync. You get a private subscription link to add to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or any app that accepts an iCal URL. Sync your whole schedule, or just one class type.

Steps

  1. Open Schedule and tap Subscribe — or go to Profile → Calendar sync.
  2. Choose what to sync: your whole schedule, or a single class type. Copy the subscription link.
  3. Google Calendar (do this on a computer, not the phone app): go to calendar.google.com, click the + next to “Other calendars,” choose “From URL,” paste the link, and click Add calendar. It then shows up on your phone automatically.
  4. Apple Calendar: tap “Add to Apple Calendar,” or use File → New Calendar Subscription and paste the link.
  5. Your classes appear, and every later change syncs on your calendar app's next refresh.

Tips

  • Google “email is not valid”? You pasted the link into “Subscribe to calendar,” which expects a person's email address. Use “From URL” instead (the + next to Other calendars → From URL). Also note the Google Calendar phone app can't add a link at all — do it once on the computer and it syncs to your phone.
  • Updates aren't instant — they appear on your calendar app's next refresh. Apple Calendar checks about hourly; Google Calendar sets its own pace and can take several hours. Existing subscriptions pick up new details automatically, so you never re-add the link for an edit.
  • Private-session events carry the client's address as the event location, plus their cell number and what to bring — so you have everything when you arrive.
  • The link is private to you — don't share it. If it ever leaks, use Reset link to revoke it and issue a new one (then re-add the new link in your calendar app).
